Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Sift together the flour and salt.
  2. Add the milk and beaten eggs to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat a medium skillet over piping hot heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and tilt to spread thinly and evenly.
  5. Cook until the bottom is brown, then turn and brown the other side.
  6. Remove the pancake and place on a plate.
  7. Spread with sugar or jelly and roll up before serving.
