Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 or 3 garlic buds
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 c. meat (ham, beef or shrimp), cooked and chopped
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • 3 bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Instructions

  1. In skillet, brown together the oil, garlic buds, tomatoes, garlic powder and onion.
  2. Add meat and other ingredients; cook until vegetables are done.
  3. Serve with fine spaghetti or rice.
