Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal wing blade, place butter, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper; process using on and off motions until combined, about 30 seconds.
  2. Or place all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until combined.
  3. Serve with hot cooked corn-on-the-cob or other steamed vegetables.
