Crispy Parmesan pillows are savory, cheesy bites with a flaky texture, perfect as appetizers or snacks for cheese lovers and entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
  • 1/3 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare biscuit mix as directed on package for rolled biscuits on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Knead dough 10 times.
  3. Roll into a 10 x 6-inch rectangle.
  4. Cut into 2-inch squares.
  5. Cut each square in half diagonally to form triangles.
  6. Dip each piece into melted margarine.
  7. Coat with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
