Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Place well-greased muffin pans in a 425°F oven for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove pans from the oven.
  5. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with batter.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 18 to 20 minutes until popovers are firm. Serve immediately.
