Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Beat at low speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
- Place well-greased muffin pans in a 425°F oven for 3 minutes.
- Remove pans from the oven.
- Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 18 to 20 minutes until popovers are firm. Serve immediately.
