Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, oil, salt and pepper in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 425°
  5. for 30 minutes or until tender.
