Parmesan Stuffed Shrimp

Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Peel shrimp, devein and butterfly.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Fill each shrimp with cracker mixture.
- Bake at 250° for 25 minutes.
- Then broil 1 minute until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with lemon wedges on "bed" of rice.
- Serves 4 to 6.
