Party Beef Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and drain.
  2. Saute onion and add garlic. Add ground beef; stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano and sugar.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add cheeses; stir until cream cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips and vegetables.
