Ingredients

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 sticks soft butter
  • 2 cups self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Cream the sour cream and soft butter together until smooth.
  2. Mix in the self-rising flour until just combined.
  3. Grease muffin tins or spray with no-stick spray.
  4. Fill each muffin cup about halfway with the batter.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Check the biscuits for browning and remove from oven when done.
