Party Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. cream cheese (5 pkg.)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oil (any kind)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients until creamy.
  2. Add next 2 ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Blend well after each addition (the more you beat the better it is).
  5. Bake in a greased and floured spring-form pan.
  6. Place pan in another pan with 1-inch or more of water.
  7. Don't let water evaporate.
  8. Bake at 350° for 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
  9. Serve cold; don't release spring-form pan until ready to eat.
  10. This cake freezes very well.
  11. Yum-yum!
