Ingredients

  • 12 boneless chops
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 9 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Place chops in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients and pour over chops.
  3. Bake uncovered at 300° for 2 hours.
  4. Serves 12.
