Ingredients

  • 5 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 gal. water
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Bring water and Old Bay seasoning to a boil.
  2. Add the shrimp to the boiling water.
  3. When the water returns to a boil, remove the pot from heat and drain the shrimp.
  4. Chill the shrimp until ready to serve.
