Ingredients

  • 1 can Orleans shrimp, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Toast bread triangles on one side.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese, and prepared mustard in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise, cheese, and mustard mixture on the untoasted side of each bread triangle.
  4. Place a drained Orleans shrimp on top of each coated bread triangle.
  5. Spread a small amount of the mayonnaise, cheese, and mustard mixture on top of each shrimp.
  6. Place the canapes under the broiler until lightly browned.
