Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup matzo meal
  • 1/2 cup tomato & mushroom sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • chicken soup (1/3 cup)
  • margerine
  • salt
  • Mix meat ingredients and bake in greased pan for 1 hr at 350 degrees.
  • Unmold on baking sheet or platter.

Instructions

  1. 1 hr at 350 degrees. Frost and brown for another 15 to 20 minutes.
