Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. matzo meal
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  2. Add oil to the boiling water mixture.
  3. Add matzo meal to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
  6. Place the batter in greased muffin pans.
  7. Bake at 450°F until golden brown.
