Ingredients

  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. bacon grease
  • 2 cans clams
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Simmer the chopped olives, clam juice, chopped bacon, bacon grease, and garlic for 5 minutes.
  2. Add butter and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the canned clams and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked mixture over the cooked linguine.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley or Parmesan cheese before serving.
