Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, oregano, and basil in a skillet.
  2. Add tomato soup, water, and vinegar to the skillet.
  3. Simmer the sauce for 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange layers of sauce, cooked lasagne noodles, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish.
  5. End with a layer of sauce and mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
