Pasta with Basic Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 Tomato
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 dash Rock salt
  • 1 Basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Crush the garlic or cut very finely.
  3. Add olive oil to a heated pan and cook the tomatoes and garlic.
  4. Slowly turn up the heat from low to medium.
  5. The juices should start to come out of the tomatoes, producing a nice sauce.
  6. Sprinkle a little salt and taste test.
  7. Next, boil the pasta.
  8. Take out the pasta when it is just a little shy of al dente, and combine it with the tomato sauce.
  9. Add more salt if needed.
