Instructions
- Thaw the pastry sheet as directed on the package.
- Unfold the pastry sheet and cut it into four equal sections.
- Roll out each section to add about one inch to each side.
- Place one teaspoon of cream cheese in the center of each rolled-out pastry section.
- Place a flattened half of a chicken breast on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the pastry around the chicken and secure the edges.
- Place the wrapped chicken seam side down on a lightly greased baking pan.
- Just before baking, brush the top of each pastry with the beaten egg mixed with one teaspoon of water.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for one hour until golden brown.
