Ingredients

  • tri-colored rotini pasta
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 small sliced cuke
  • 1 small sliced tomato
  • 1/2 c. blanched, sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. chipped carrots
  • 4 to 6 sliced green onions
  • cubed Mozzarella
  • pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Let set at least 6 hours or overnight.
