Instructions
- Mix first 8 ingredients and beat at high speed for 9 minutes. Mix sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Grease (heavy) and flour angel cake pan.
- Put few nuts in bottom, pour 1/2 batter in and sprinkle with 3/4 of sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle with rest of nuts and pour in remaining batter and rest of sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Make thin glaze of powdered sugar, butter and milk to pour over top of cake as soon as you take it out of oven.
