Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour,
  2. sugar
  3. and pie
  4. spice.
  5. Add
  6. egg, milk and nuts (add
  7. last).
  8. Melt butter in 9-inch baking dish. Pour batter in baking dish with butter.
  9. Bake at 325° until done in center.
  10. Eat hot or cold.
