Ingredients

  • 2 qt. sliced cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add sliced cucumbers, salt, and onion to a container.
  2. Let stand for 2 hours.
  3. Drain and rinse the mixture.
  4. Add sugar and vinegar to the cucumbers.
  5. Let stand for 1 hour, then freeze.
  6. Freeze in 1/2 pint containers or desired size, preferably using small cucumbers for best results.
