Ingredients

  • 2 lb oyster crackers
  • 1 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 2 packets dry original Ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 3/4 cup corn or similar oil

Instructions

  1. In a large container with a tightly sealed lid, mix all ingredients except oil.
  2. Pour oil over the mixture, seal and shake well, or mix in a large bowl with a spoon.
  3. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet and bake at 250°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir several times while baking to ensure even roasting.
  5. Allow to cool, then place in a plastic bag for storage.
  6. These are good to have on hand in the freezer.
