Instructions
- In a large container with a tightly sealed lid, mix all ingredients except oil.
- Pour oil over the mixture, seal and shake well, or mix in a large bowl with a spoon.
- Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet and bake at 250°F for 20 minutes.
- Stir several times while baking to ensure even roasting.
- Allow to cool, then place in a plastic bag for storage.
- These are good to have on hand in the freezer.
