Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 of a ripe medium banana, cut in half
  • 2 chewy fig-filled cookies, broken in half
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender container; cover.
  2. Blend until thickened.
  3. Serve immediately.
