Peach Brandy Fruit Dressing

Instructions
- Melt butter; add sugar, milk and beaten egg yolks.
- Cook until thickened over low heat.
- Remove from heat; add brandy and cool. Add whipped cream and stir well with small wooden spoon.
- Serve over fresh melons and assorted fruits.
