Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cheese
  • 2 oz. blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix the cheeses, butter, and paprika in a bowl or food processor until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a large ball or individual smaller balls.
  3. Optional: Roll the cheese balls in chopped walnuts for added texture and flavor.
  4. Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator until firm.
  5. Serve with good, unsalted crackers.
