  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice

  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine peeled peaches, sugar, cornstarch, ground ginger, ground allspice, and salt.
  2. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 3 minutes.
