Ingredients

  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. water
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. whole allspice and cloves
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • approximately 4 qt. peaches

Instructions

  1. Put the spices in a bag and mix.
  2. Mix vinegar, water, sugar, allspice, cloves, and cinnamon, then boil for 20 minutes.
  3. Peel peaches and slowly add them into the boiling mixture.
  4. Put the peaches into sterilized jars and seal.
