Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 8 ounces salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown pork on each side with garlic in a skillet over medium high heat, about 6-9 minutes.
  2. Mix preserves and salsa in a measuring cup.
  3. Pour over chops.
  4. Cover and simmer for at least 15 minutes. (The longer the better, I just don't ever have any more time!).
  5. Serve over rice!
