Peanut Butter Munchies are chewy, crunchy treats with rich peanut flavor, coconut, and sweet syrup, perfect for snacking or satisfying a quick dessert craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 4 1/2 cups corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Bring white syrup and sugar to a boil; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. Add coconut and corn flakes, then mix thoroughly.
  5. Roll mixture into small balls and press flat with the bottom of a glass.
  6. Place on wax paper and layer with other cookies, separating with wax paper as needed.
