Ingredients

  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. light corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix the confectioners sugar, softened margarine, salt, vanilla, and light corn syrup until well blended.
  2. Knead the mixture until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture in half. Roll each half out into a rectangular shape.
  4. Spread peanut butter over each rolled-out portion.
  5. Roll each into a log shape and slice into individual pinwheels.
