Peanut Butter Triangles

- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or foil; set aside.
- Beat butter and peanut butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add flour, beating until well blended after each addition.
- Add peanuts; mix well.
- Divide dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each into a 6-inch circle on the prepared baking sheets.
- Cut each circle into 16 triangles.
- (Do not separate triangles.)
- Bake 10 to 14 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Separate triangles, using sharp knife to cut through cookies, if necessary.
- Cool completely on wire racks.
- Drizzle evenly with chocolate.
- Let stand until chocolate is firm.
