Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or foil; set aside.
  3. Beat butter and peanut butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  4. Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
  5. Gradually add flour, beating until well blended after each addition.
  6. Add peanuts; mix well.
  7. Divide dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each into a 6-inch circle on the prepared baking sheets.
  8. Cut each circle into 16 triangles.
  9. (Do not separate triangles.)
  10. Bake 10 to 14 min.
  11. or until lightly browned.
  12. Separate triangles, using sharp knife to cut through cookies, if necessary.
  13. Cool completely on wire racks.
  14. Drizzle evenly with chocolate.
  15. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
