Peanut Roll is a sweet, nutty treat with a crunchy exterior and creamy peanut butter filling, perfect for snacking or sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 10X sugar
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Put 10X sugar in a plastic bowl.
  2. Make a hole and add melted butter, vanilla, and milk.
  3. Stir well with a fork until the dough comes together, then knead.
  4. If the dough is too wet, add more sugar.
  5. Sprinkle sugar on a board.
  6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, turning it over so it doesn't stick.
  7. Spread peanut butter over the dough to the desired thickness.
  8. Roll up the dough and peanut butter and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  9. Take out and cut into pieces.
