Peanut Sauce With Mutton

- Cut mutton into small pieces.
- Wash in salted water.
- Add salt and a little white pepper.
- Steam for 15 minutes.
- Grind together onion, tomatoes and peppers.
- Add to mixture the water, okra and eggplant.
- Boil 7 minutes.
- Grind peanuts to a paste.
- Add 2 tablespoons cold water; stir into soup.
- Add salt and allow to simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
