- Heat oil in a saucepan; add onion and garlic.
- Fry for 2 minutes.
- Over medium heat, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- If sauce is too thick, add extra lemon juice or plain water.
- If it is too thin, simmer gently until it becomes the right consistency to your taste.
- Makes 4 servings.
