Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons white Karo syrup
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whole pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and white Karo in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips.
  3. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
  4. Add whole pecan halves and mix well.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
  6. Allow to cool in the refrigerator until set.
