Ingredients

  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (14 oz.) flaked coconut
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine powdered sugar, flaked coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and chopped pecans in a bowl.
  2. Stir with a wooden spoon until well blended.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
  4. Place additional shredded coconut in a bowl.
  5. Roll the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll each ball into the shredded coconut to coat.
  7. Place the coated balls on cookie sheets.
  8. Refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
