Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 11 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.

  3. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder and vanilla.
  4. Crush saltine crackers into fine crumbs.
  5. Mix cracker crumbs with pecans.
  6. Pour mixture into a pie pan.
