Pecan Kiplings

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cold water
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Cream butter.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, cold water and flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add pecans.
  5. Roll in waxed paper.
  6. Put in refrigerator and chill.
  7. Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on cookie sheet.
  8. Do not shape.
  9. Bake at 350° about 10 minutes.
  10. When slightly cool, drop in powdered sugar.
