Pecan Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. sage

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Heat cooking oil in skillet over medium heat; drop mixture by teaspoonfuls into oil.
  3. Cook until lightly brown on all sides.
  4. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
