Pecan Or Peanut Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. syrup (white syrup)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans or peanuts
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix together syrup, sugar, vanilla and margarine; set aside.
  3. Beat eggs slightly.
  4. Add to syrup mixture and beat.
  5. Add pecans or peanuts.
  6. Pour into pie shell.
  7. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
