Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 6 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 cups ground pecans
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, ground pecans, cake flour, and vanilla; then mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each in the palm of your hand to shape into a small finger.
  4. Bake the cookies in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 12 minutes.
  5. While warm, roll the cookies in powdered sugar.
