Peggy'S Cinnamon Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 5 loaves frozen bread
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar
  • chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans
  • margarine
  • powdered sugar
  • milk
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Let bread defrost and rise.
  2. Take a portion of bread and flatten by hand into a circle onto a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Spread with margarine.
  4. Sprinkle with quite a bit of brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
  5. Roll from the wide end into a jelly roll and curve into a circle.
  6. Cut slits around the top and let raise approximately 45 minutes.
  7. Then bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
