A fun and adorable appetizer resembling penguins, made with hard-boiled eggs and black olives, perfect for entertaining guests and adding a whimsical touch to any party.

Ingredients

  • hard boiled eggs
  • black olives
  • lightly beaten egg white

Instructions

  1. Cut black olives into quarters.
  2. Dip each quarter in lightly beaten egg white.
  3. At the bottom end of a hard-boiled egg, place one quarter of an olive to form a foot.
  4. Along each side of the upright egg, attach one quarter of an olive to create fins.
  5. Dip each olive section in egg white to help it stick to the egg.
  6. Attach a whole black olive at the top of the egg with a toothpick to form the head.
