  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Put brown sugar, milk, and Crisco in a saucepan; set over low heat until dissolved.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Let boil for 1 minute; then beat until thick enough to spread.
