Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar and milk until a soft ball forms when dropped in ice water.
  2. Remove from fire.
  3. Stir until it becomes creamy.
  4. Add vanilla, butter, and pecans.
  5. Continue stirring until nuts are separated and covered with the sugar coating.
