Pepper Jack Brat

Ingredients

  • 2 bratwursts
  • 2 hot dog buns
  • 4 slices monterey jack pepper cheese
  • Dijon mustard
  • ketchup
  • 1 pinch cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Take the two Bratwurst and cut them nearly in half.
  2. Tear 2 slices of cheese into small enough pieces to stuff the Bratwurst.
  3. Stuff the Bratwurst.
  4. When it's nice and stuffed, throw them onto the grill for about 6-7 minutes or until ready to go.
  5. While on the grill sprinkle some Cajun Seasoning.
  6. Butter up and toast the hotdog buns.
  7. After buns are toasted, add the other slices of cheese onto the buns.
  8. Load up the Brats onto the buns and add Mustard and Ketchup and chow down!
