Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. brown Szechuan peppercorns
- 1 c. peanut oil ⓘ
Instructions
- Heat the peanut oil in a skillet to 300°F.
- Add the brown Szechuan peppercorns and fry for 15 minutes.
- Strain the oil into a glass container for storage.
