  • 1 Tbsp. brown Szechuan peppercorns
  • 1 c. peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the peanut oil in a skillet to 300°F.
  2. Add the brown Szechuan peppercorns and fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the oil into a glass container for storage.
