Instructions
- Prepare and wash peppers.
- Cut peppers into rings.
- Put pepper rings in a pan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
- Boil for at least 2 minutes.
- Remove pepper rings and place in ice water.
- Let cool and pat dry with towels to drain.
- Place pepper rings in jars.
- Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil and pour over peppers, then seal the jars immediately.
