Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare and wash peppers.
  2. Cut peppers into rings.
  3. Put pepper rings in a pan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil for at least 2 minutes.
  5. Remove pepper rings and place in ice water.
  6. Let cool and pat dry with towels to drain.
  7. Place pepper rings in jars.
  8. Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil and pour over peppers, then seal the jars immediately.
